Cancellation, Reschedule and No-Show Policy

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. A $100 cancellation fee may be charged at the discretion of Allure Ink for cancellation of an appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Cancellation at any time will forfeit the deposit paid towards your service at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

You must reschedule more than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you reschedule within 48 hours you will forfeit your deposit paid when you made your booking. If you reschedule prior to 48 hour you will retain your deposit.

No-Shows

Anyone who does not show up to their appointment may be charged the full cost of their service/s at the discretion of Allure Ink.

Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, however this decision is at the discretion of Allure Ink and no client is entitled to an exemption from the above policies.

Follow Up Appointments

Follow up appointments are priced according to the time between the follow up and your original appointment. If you do not schedule and attend a follow up appointment within the correct window you will be charged according to the time that has elapsed since your initial service. It is not the responsibility of Allure Ink to track and remind you about your follow up appointments.

Competitions and Events

By entering a competition, draw or giveaway with Allure Ink via any platform you agree that the information you have given is true and correct. You consent to the collection of your information for marketing purposes. Allure Ink reserves the right to rescind any offer of free or discounted services awarded through competitions, draws and giveaways at their own discretion. You accept that you may only receive an awarded service if you are an appropriate candidate and all existing policies will apply to you as an Allure Ink client.
