What is a perfection appointment?
A perfection appointment, touch up or follow up is an essential part of our cosmetic tattoo process. Cosmetic tattoo is both an art and a science and many personal and circumstantial aspects play a part in the quality and longevity of your tattoo. We require all clients to attend a touch up or ‘perfection appointments’ at four to six weeks to ensure you walk away with perfect, long lasting results.
We also offer additional touch ups which are priced based on the time of your last service. If you are needing a touch up more than a year after your original tattoo our pricing returns to the standard costs for each service.

Can I book a touch up with Allure Ink if my original Cosmetic Tattoo elsewhere?
Yes! We would love to have you in for a touch up. We offer new client perfection appointments for individuals who’s original tattoo was completed in the last twelve months. We have priced these services to offer you the best options while taking into the account the time and skill it takes to touch up another artists work. Please find these prices below.
As with our current clients, if you are needing a perfection appointment more than a year after your original tattoo our pricing returns to the standard costs for each service.

Although every cosmetic tattoo artists will aim to provide you with a perfect, long lasting tattoo at your initial appointment, it is not always a realistic achievement. Many aspects of cosmetic tattoo are not within our control. These contributing factors include but are not exclusive to; Skin type, skin care, sun exposure both past and future, age, metabolism and more.
There is no way to predict with complete accuracy how your tattoo will heal and whether you will need additional pigment. For this reason we always recommend a perfection appointment so we can ensure you walk away with a perfect, long lasting tattoo.

We are so happy to hear your tattoo has healed so well! Although it is not compulsory we would still recommend a perfection appointment. Additional pigment will provide your tattoo with additional longevity without having to pay for a full service.

Our perfection appointments are priced to be affordable for both new and current clients. We do not include the perfection appointment fee in the initial service cost as separating it into a small additional fee is more affordable for clients.

After your initial appointment you must allow a minimum of four weeks for your tattoo to heal before a perfection appointment.

Absolutely, we are happy to correct a tattoo if you are unhappy with the results. As long as it has been at least four weeks since your original tattoo you may book in for the relevant new client perfection appointment.

Yes of course. This is very common and easy to correct. Perfection appointments are so important for this reason.

Downtime differs from person to person, however recovery from your perfection appointment tends to be significantly faster than your initial tattoo healing period.
We require you to follow the same aftercare procedure as in your initial appointment.
