Any waxing or shaving of the treatment area
Hair or skin tints

Chemical peels
Retinol/Retin-A
Anti-aging and acne creams or serums that contain acids
Right before your appointment
Avoid excessive exercise and/or sweating

Wash your face with a gentle, foam cleanser if possible
Do not apply moisturiser or serums
Bring legal Photo Identification
Ensure you are well hydrated and have eaten within the last few hours.
